Our success has been made possible by having many of the same sub-contractors and suppliers through the years who pride themselves on quality work. Unlike many of our competitors, our prices include generous allowances for lot clearing, septic systems and surveys.
All of our standard models can be customized to suit the homeowner's needs or wishes. These homes are already very energy efficient and meet the strict Maryland Energy Requirements. We can help you design a custom home too. The homes are built in a timely fashion with care and pride for the finished product.
Greg Whitlock is the hands-on General Manager.
